Payment Guidelines

 

Fee payments must be made using one of the following options: credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Only international credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) are accepted. Please clearly state your credit card information.
On completion of the registration process, the system will generate an electronic confirmation of the registration which is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Your participation will only be confirmed once the registration fees have been paid in full.

The deadline for full payment is Sept 9, 2018.

Participants whose participation fees have not been settled by the first day of the event will not be granted entry. Please e-mail any amendments or cancellations regarding your participation to ISICP2018@dlr.de

Upon submitting the Online Registration Form, each participant will receive a unique invoice number by email. Please do not send any payments by bank transfer without quoting the invoice number and the participant’s name included in the payment details. Payments without the necessary reference information cannot be processed.
